Scope: Full Black Friday campaign execution including product photo retouching, ecommerce setup, landing page design, email marketing, and paid social assets.
Goal: Drive seasonal visibility, engagement, and lead generation during Bike On’s Black Friday sales period.
The project required a quick turnaround, visual consistency, and clear messaging to support a highly time sensitive sales period.

The Black Friday campaign required producing a high volume of assets within a short timeframe while maintaining visual consistency and clear messaging across channels. All deliverables needed to support ecommerce performance, align with the brand, and launch on a fixed schedule tied to a highly time sensitive sales window.

/APPROACH
I retouched 121 product photos to ensure consistency across ecommerce and marketing platforms. I designed and launched a dedicated Black Friday landing page alongside a fully functional ecommerce page optimized for campaign traffic. I also designed and scheduled 4 email campaigns and created 3 paid social media ads, coordinating all assets to maintain a cohesive visual system across web, email, and social media profiles.

/RESULTS
The campaign drove strong growth across web traffic, social performance, and inbound lead generation during a highly time sensitive sales period.
Website traffic increased 80% mo/mo, inbound interest rose significantly, with total contacts increasing 260% and messaging conversations increasing 320%. Social media also became a new lead source for the brand, generating inbound leads through channels that previously produced none.
