/HI, I’M

SAMY ALVES

As a firm believer in Christ, I carry faith as the quiet anchor behind everything I create. Born and raised in Brazil, I bring color, rhythm, and a little bit of an organized chaos to everything I do. I laugh louder than I probably should, bake far worse than I’d like to admit, and try my best to become the cool auntie. I love to sit at small cafés and even more to discover new independent music artists. I love all forms of art, and I live life trying to honor the great gift of being alive. My favorite season is the Summer, my favorite beauty product is a good lip oil, and my name is actually Sâmara, not Samantha.

As you can see, my identity goes way beyond my career title or my achievements in life, but if you're really curious to know, keep reading.

/ MY APPROACH

To me, design is more than something you look at. It is a bridge between people, culture, and ideas. Every layout carries a story, and every element deserves a place with purpose. Beyond solving a communication need, design is about understanding how people think and feel. I start every project with research, understanding the client, their audience, their goals, and the context where the design will live. Throughout the process, I iterate, adjust, and refine, making sure the final result communicates clearly and works in real life, not just on a screen.

My eye for color, detail, and storytelling reflects how I experience the world: alive, layered, and full of connections waiting to be discovered. I approach each project with curiosity and care, weaving strategy and intuition into visuals that resonate. My goal is always to create work that feels meaningful, visually striking, and true to the essence of my client’s perspective.
